   • Perform site assessments to evaluate topographical, geological, and environmental conditions.
   • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
   • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
   • Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate civil designs with overall project plans.
   • Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies and cost estimates.
   • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
   • Prepare and submit permit applications and other documentation required for project approval.
   • Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the construction phase.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and subcontractors.
   • Resolve design-related challenges and implement design modifications as needed.
   • Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and performance.
   • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solar energy and civil engineering.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, site development, and structural design.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and related technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
