Civil Site Engineer - Solar Projects
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of solar projects.
  • Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards compliance.
  • Supervise on-site construction, including foundations, trenching, and mounting systems.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.Qualifications:

     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil site management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction, site planning, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
