Store Management

1. Establish and manage stores at project sites efficiently.
2. Receive goods and materials, ensuring proper documentation (receipt and challan).
3. Maintain inventory of tools, tackles, and machinery.
4. Coordinate machinery movement and equipment shifting as required.
5. Ensure minimal damage to materials through proper stacking and sorting.

MIS (Management Information System) Management

1. Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing quantities within the defined timeline.
2. Ensure timely posting of Material Receipt Notes (MRN) after obtaining approval from the site head and client/Third-Party Inspection (TPI).

Project Documentation

1. Maintain accurate fuel consumption records, including proper issuance data in registers.
2. Ensure timely posting of invoices and MRNs in the system twice a week and share reports with relevant management.
3. Provide weekly and monthly material stock reports to the concerned stakeholders.
4. Issue materials to vendors on-site with proper documentation (issue register/slip/receipt).

Waste & Equipment Management

1. Segregate scrap and damaged materials separately to ensure proper disposal and accountability.

Training & Development

1. Provide training to the site team on store management best practices and continuous development.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong inventory and store management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of solar site materials and equipment handling
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a relevant field.

Preferred Industry Experience

• Solar, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to relocate and travel across India based on project requirements
• Strong adherence to safety and compliance standards
