Key Responsibilities:

•  Study, review, and circulate approved drawings to the site team for execution
•  Ensure project tasks are completed as per schedule
  Implement best construction practices to avoid rework
•  Maintain zero accident policy at the site
•  Attended client meetings and coordinate effectively
•  Manage vendors and contractors efficiently
•  Review vendor invoices, provide measurement sheets, and ensure certification
•  Assist in Work Completion Certificate (WCC) signoff from clients
•  Close non-compliance and compliance reports
•  Coordinate with inter-department teams for seamless project execution
•  Provide training and knowledge transfer to contractors and team members
