Managing DirectorKetan Mehta is the Managing Director (MD) of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 5, 2012. He was appointed as the Managing Director of the Company on January 1, 2017. He holds a bachelor’s of technology in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has an experience of more than 11 years in the solar power industry. He has been conferred the accolade of “30 Under 30 – Asia – Industry, Manufacturing & Energy” by Forbes Magazine. He has also been awarded the Young Entrepreneur Award and Business Leadership Award by the Indian Achievers Forum.
Pawan Kumar Sharma
Whole-time DirectorPawan Kumar Sharma is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. He has over 12 years of experience in the execution of solar projects.
Sanjay Garudapally
Whole-time DirectorSanjay Garudapally is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 5, 2012. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University. He has over 11 years of experience in the solar industry.
Rashmi Bafna
Independent DirectorRashmi Bafna is an Independent Director of the Company. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been associated with our Company since October 16, 2023. Currently, she is also associated with M L Mehta & Co. as a Partner and has more than 24 years of experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, etc.
Mahendra Kumar Singh
Independent DirectorMahendra Kumar Singh is an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical) from Nagpur University. He has been associated with our Company since October 16, 2023. Previously, he was associated with Bihar Grid Company Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.
Akhilesh Kumar Jain
Independent DirectorAkhilesh Kumar Jain is an Independent Director of the Company. He has been a Director of the Company since October 16, 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Rajasthan, a doctorate in Business Administration from Commonwealth University, Belize City, and a diploma in Marketing and Sales from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Jaipur. Previously, he was associated with Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited as managing director.
