He has been associated with our Company since July 2, 2018.

CFOAshish Jain is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been working with our Company since June 1, 2015. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Exicom Tele-Systems Limited, M/s Jaipur Textile Industries, Back Office IT Solutions Private Limited, and Videocon.
Deepak Jangid
Company SecretaryDeepak Jangid is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He has been associated with our Company as the Company Secretary since July 15, 2019, and was appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 21, 2023. He holds a bachelors’ degree in commerce and a degree of law from the University of Rajasthan. He is also registered with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 7 years of experience in secretarial and legal compliance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Innovana Thinklabs Limited and Teamlease Services Limited.
Lalit Kumar Mehta
Head ApprovalsLalit Mehta is the Head of Approvals of the Company having more than 39 years of experience in Approval and Logistics. He is responsible for all the government approval works.
Parikshit Tripathy
Head EPCParikshit Tripathy, a PMP-certified Electrical Engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College (now NIT) Rourkela, brings over 30 years of experience from L&T, ABB India, and Linxon. He specialises in substation and renewable energy projects and is known for operational precision, client trust, and high-quality project delivery across India and South Asia.
Anjanjyoti Mahanta
Vice President (Solar Park Development)He has done Post Graduation in Management. An expert in Land Acquisition, Project Development, and Project Execution leading the team at the Pan India level for Developing Solar Parks, a veteran in Operation Management taking care of Site Operations for more than three decades even in the most challenging environments, a man of action, Prompt in Crisis Management, Risk Management, expert in all kinds of Mitigation, Troubleshooting, resolving difficult site issues with top MNC experience of three decades with the required resources at Pan India level. He completed and managed multiple projects of various sizes and capacities ranging from 15MW, 25MW, 90 MW, 300 MW to 500 MW, acquiring 8000+ acres of land at the Pan India level and a remarkable number of wind locations with the best resources all over the country for any acquisition of the best land possible. Ongoing Land Acquisition is 15000+ acres at the Pan India level adding to 3300+MW.
Rajneesh Singh
Vice President ( SAP & IT )Rajneesh Singh is a Vice President – SAP & IT of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil) from Amravati University. He has completed the post-graduate program in project management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research. He has also completed Internal Auditors Training Programme on Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007). He has been associated with our Company since August 1, 2018. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Mahindra Industrial Park Private Limited, Sobha Developers Limited, and N. G. Sheshagiri Rao & Associates.

GM (Human Resource)Rajneesh Jain is a General Manager – Human Resource of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. He also holds a provisional degree in law from the University of Rajasthan. He has completed a postgraduate diploma in human resource management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. He has also completed a post-graduate diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai. He has been associated with our Company since December 24, 2021. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Arihant Credit Capital Limited, Hyper City Retail India Limited, Wal-Mart India Private Limited, and Miracle Print Pack Private Limited.
Sweta Mehta
DGM (BD & Sales)Sweta Mehta is a Deputy General Manager – Business Development and Sales of the Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has been associated with our Company since February 25, 2019. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Ernst & Young LLP as a consultant in the tax practice.
