Job Description:

 

  • Responsible for the security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees
  • Overseeing and agreeing with contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
  • Responsible for handling the Public Relationship
  • Taking Care of the Product Certification
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Managing the Global and Domestic Logistics in an efficient way
  • Negotiation with transportation companies about rates/service levels
  • Continuously look for improvements to operations
  • Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
  • Managing the overall Office Administration
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
  • Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with the implementation
  • Responsible for the Purchase and Supplier Management
  • ISO Management

 

Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation

 

Experience: 15 – 20 Years

 

Location: Gurugram
