Procurement Manager - Solar EPC
Responsibilities
  • Key responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers of solar equipment and services, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.
    • Collaborate with the project management team to develop procurement strategies that meet project needs while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including preparing purchase requisitions, soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts, invoicing, MIGO, complete Procure to Pay cycle.
    • Manage the internal team.
    • Vendor management, Contract management.
    • Ensure that all procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure that delivery schedules are met and that products and services meet required quality standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
    • Continuously evaluate procurement processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
